Since Founding Ala-Temp Corporation in 1985, Terry Sullivan has helped lead the company through decades of growth and success. A graduate of the Auburn University with a Bachelor of science in Mechanical Engineering. With extensive experience in HVAC design, engineering, and project management. Terry oversees every aspect of commercial HVAC projects from initial system design and equipment selection to purchasing and field supervision. His dedication to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction continues to guide Ala-Temps commitment to excellence.

Drawing on more than 20 years of construction project management experience, Adam Sullivan drives project success as a Project Manager at Ala‑Temp. A graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Adam began his HVAC career working in the field before gaining hands-on experience in ductwork fabrication. His background in estimating, project management, BIM, and CAD gives him a well-rounded understanding of projects from initial planning through completion.

Since 1997, Bob Duncan has built a strong foundation in the HVAC industry, with experience in service, installation, materials procurement, and warehouse operations. As our Warehouse Manager and Logistics Coordinator, his industry knowledge and attention to detail help keep our projects organized and our team equipped for success.

Halee oversees daily office operations and is often one of the first friendly voices customers hear. She brings 17 years of customer service experience to the Ala-Temp team and is committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining organized office operations and supporting every project from start to finish. Halee takes pride in building lasting customer relationships and creating a positive experience for every client.

Joe Painter brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction and project management to his role at Ala-Temp. His background includes project estimating, contract negotiations, construction oversight, and client relationship management. Throughout his career, Joe has successfully managed projects from initial planning through completion while maintaining a strong focus on communication, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Lee Sullivan brings more than 25 years of experience in metal fabrication, installation, project management, and technical sales to Ala-Temp. His background includes 15 years managing industrial material-handling equipment projects, followed by work as a Technical Sales Advisor serving the energy and oil and gas industries throughout the southeast. In his current role, Lee is OSHA 30 certified and supports project operations, facilities, and workplace safety with a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and dependable results.

With more than 38 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Lucky Giles serves as a project manager and estimator. Since joining the company in 2014, he has become a valuable resource for project planning, CAD design, custom fabrication, and as-built drawings. His extensive hands-on experience in HVAC installation and fabrication allows him to provide practical solutions and exceptional attention to detail on every project.

With more than 19 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, Mary is a valued member of the Ala-Temp team. She holds an Associate Degree in Accounting and specializes in financial recordkeeping and payroll processing. Mary is dedicated to delivering accurate, dependable bookkeeping services while helping keep the company’s financial operations organized and running smoothly.

Shelley brings more than 33 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting to her role as Senior Bookkeeper at Ala-Temp. She holds an associates degree in accounting and has extensive experience managing financial records, bookkeeping operations, and day to day accounting functions. Shelley’s attention to detail and commitment to accuracy make her a valuable part of the Ala-Temp team.

Seth has built his career in the commercial HVAC industry, gaining hands‑on experience in every stage of ductwork fabrication and installation. He has worked extensively both in the field installing HVAC systems and in the shop fabricating ductwork and custom sheet metal components, giving him a clear understanding of how quality fabrication drives successful installation. Seth is committed to doing the job right the first time, continually improving his craftsmanship, and building lasting relationships through honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. He takes pride in the work that goes behind the walls and above the ceilings — the work that keeps buildings cooler… or warmer.
