For more than 32 years, Ala-Temp Corporation, dba
A.T. Mechanical, has been pursuing contracting work, specializing in HVAC, fabrication and process piping work in Alabama and the Southeast.

We currently employ a staff that includes two engineers, four estimators, five project managers along with service and installation departments that are more than capable of handling your construction needs. You will be working with people who have a passion for their work and strive for the satisfaction of a job well done.

Our fabrication shop utilizes the latest CAD software and plasma cutting technology to produce your custom metal fabrication rapidly and with minimal waste, allowing us
to be competitive in the market place.

We have successfully completed many mechanical installations varying in size and scope, from
large schools and dormitories to research labs, plants
and manufacturing facilities. Our broad foundation of experience coupled with our six million dollar bonding capacity and unlimited contracting license gives us the confidence to deliver your job on time and within budget.

HISTORY:
Ala-Temp Corporation
was founded in 1985
by Terry L. Sullivan
in Pinson, Alabama.
After earning a BS in Mechanical Engineering and working for his
father at Conditioned
Air Service Co., Terry decided to start a mechanical contracting company with a focus
on commercial projects. This included new construction, renovations, industrial and design-build projects. 

In 1992, Ala-Temp Corporation added a fabrication shop to
its facilities. The internal fabrication shop aided in job management through improved lead times. Currently, the fabrication shop utilizes the latest CAD software and plasma cutting technology to produce custom metal fabrication rapidly with minimal waste.

In the late 1990s Ala-Temp Corporation began doing business as A.T. Mechanical to better reflect the nature of
the business. Since
being incorporated,
A.T. Mechanical has continued to grow as a general contractor specializing in HVAC, fabrication and process piping work.
